Client data is tracked, including complete requirements to work at various service areas within the facility.

Employee data are also detailed, tracking the employee's qualifications including JCAHO and OSHA dated requirements.

A "match" allows the user to determine what employees are available and qualified for a particular shift.  Assignment and cancellation are streamlined processes with all necessary information at the user's fingertips.

For any shift, a history is available allowing the user to view who initiated each stop in the entry and assignment process.

Along the way, margins are calculated or estimated using the best available data, giving the user the ability to place employees in the most profitable position at a glance.
